Biography
Chloé Dolsenhe is a Senior Associate at Mitchell Sandler, specializing in regulatory compliance and enforcement for banks, fintechs, digital banks, bank partners, and financial services companies. Chloé brings unique experience advising on regulatory matters, enforcement actions, and compliance strategies amidst an evolving financial services landscape.
Before joining Mitchell Sandler, Chloé served as an Enforcement Attorney at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and as an OCC Honors Attorney. With her past government experience spanning over sixty matters, Chloé is equipped to help clients navigate all stages of the regulatory lifecycle—from bank formation, mergers, and licensing applications to compliance monitoring, bank examinations, government investigations, and administrative challenges. She also co-led several initiatives within the OCC, including the Enforcement Division’s Generative AI working group.
With her unique blend of regulatory expertise and strategic insight, Chloé delivers tailored solutions to clients navigating the complex financial services environment.
