Biography
With over two decades of litigation experience, Natalie is a seasoned attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation and risk management. She brings an exceptional track record in managing high-stakes global litigation, particularly in financial services and construction law sectors.
Before joining Mitchell Sandler, Natalie was Senior Associate General Counsel (Senior Director) of Global Litigation at a global manufacturing company with over 260,000 employees across 100 locations in 30 countries. In this position, she spearheaded litigation strategies for the company’s global commercial, employment, and financial disputes. Known for delivering creative legal solutions and reducing outside counsel expenses, Natalie successfully managed disputes across multiple jurisdictions and proactively recovered damages for the business. In this role, she led internal investigations, provided strategic counsel to executives, and developed risk mitigation frameworks for global business operations.
Prior to her in-house role, Natalie was a partner at several prominent law firms, including Holland & Knight LLP and Quarles & Brady LLP, where she represented clients in financial services, construction, insurance, and employment disputes. Natalie is particularly known for her board-certified expertise in construction law and deep experience in financial litigation, including contract disputes, fraud claims, non-competition agreements, securities violations, and real estate matters.
