Biography
Kaleb is an associate focusing on mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, banks, and financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters. In mortgage regulatory matters, he has experience advising clients on state and federal compliance laws and regulations including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule. In banking regulatory matters, he has experience advising clients on permissibility and control issues related to the Bank Holding Company Act and the Federal Reserve System’s Regulation H, Regulation K, and Regulation Y.
